天使學園網路股份有限公司(天使美術館)成立於921大地震後，賴創辦人以及一群信念堅定的團隊成員希望透過終身學習模式，運用愛心與創意實現豐富生命之旅。

Founding Philosophy
Founded after massive earthquake in Taiwan on 9/21/1999.
In witness of the society/economy rebuild, Angel was born from the founder, Ms. Lai and a group of believers of that education and learning are the key to succeed a personal career or a business from continuous improvement. Vision, a dream of future, is originated from constant self-enhancement. We are touched by Angel!
