林文莉 Lin Wen-Li　

1963年出生於好山好水的蘭陽平原，目前就讀台灣藝術大學，專業創作。1998年首展於國父紀念館，2003年個展於立法院，曾獲第7屆彰化磺溪美展佳作，95年度宜蘭美展優選。

我嚐試用傳統國畫中雙勾與沒骨的技法，兼工帶寫，並應用現代構圖描寫台灣特有花卉世界，表現出亮麗鮮活的生命力。

Lin Wen-Li was born at Lanyang Flats in Yilan. Currently, she is studying at National Taiwan University of the Arts, specializing in art creation. She held her first exhibition at National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in 1998. Her solo exhibition was held at the R.O.C.Legislative Yuan in 2003. Lin received awards from the 7th Chang Hua Huang River Art Exhibition and the Yilan Art Exhibition in 2006.

“The techniques I applied on my work are double-hook and mou-gu (without bones) from traditional Chinese paintings. Both my works were fine brushwork and free stroke. In order to present the vivid and splendid colors of flowers, I also use modern composition practices to depict the floral world of Taiwan.”
